How we write
We treat software buying as a business decision, not a gadget review. That means:
- Real pricing. We state what tools cost at a given team size, not just the advertised entry price for two users.
- Honest drawbacks. Nothing is right for everyone. When a tool has a real limitation, we say so.
- The technician’s view. Software fails when the field team won’t use it. We weigh that heavily.
